Welcome To Your Wellness Journey
Welcome To Your Wellness Journey
At Finding Healing & Balance, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults across Pennsylvania. I'm Taylor Isley-Clark, a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), inner child and inner teen work, and mindfulness-based strategies.
My goal is to support you in navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions with tools that help you reconnect with your voice and your worth.
Sessions are held via telehealth, and I accept private pay, HSA/FSA, and many insurance plans through trusted platforms:
If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to walk beside you.
At Finding Healing & Balance, I take a whole-person approach addressing emotional, mental, spiritual, and behavioral well-being. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I support you with strategies that are tailored, intentional, and culturally responsive.
You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to guide, not direct. I meet clients where they are, honoring your unique story, identity, and values while co-creating a safe and empowering therapeutic space.
Whether you're navigating childhood wounds or ongoing stress, I use trauma-informed practices to help you feel grounded, safe, and in control. We focus on understanding your triggers, building coping tools, and reclaiming your voice especially in inner child and inner teen work.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness strategies to help you manage anxiety, shift negative thinking, and stay present. Together, we’ll build a toolbox that strengthens emotional regulation and long-term healing.
