Finding Healing & Balance takes our clients experiences and guides them to finding oneself through a journey of multi-dimensional healing. It is our goal to help clients find both healing and balance through a journey of personalized and holistic care. It is our mission to support clients in gaining awareness and understanding in realizing they are the compass in their healing journey.
Finding Healing & Balance, offers a holistic approach to mental health with every individual. We put our clients first, not their diagnosis or their symptoms! It is our core belief that at the center of every treatment plan the client feels that they are supported in all areas. This is done by addressing their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs. FBH holistic approach to mental health looks at the whole person.
Finding Healing & Balance believes that person centered care is at the foundation a holistic and integrative treatment. We meet individuals where they are, and respond to people's immediate needs and values. We believe treating people with dignity, respect and compassion is essential to effective and ethical care. Empowering and involving our clients in decision making throughout their treatment.
Finding Healing & Balance focuses on trauma-informed care when approaching individuals.
We acknowledge the need to understand a individual's life experiences in order to deliver effective care. We look at an individual's past and present — in order to provide effective care and services with a healing orientation. This approach gives us the potential to improve engagement, treatment adherence, healthier outcomes, and provide individualized services.
